Her ledede hun marketingteams i Europa, Asien, New York og Latinamerika. Efter sin succes hos TWT blev Pam bedt om at slutte sig til Viacom Corporation som SVP for Viacom Plus, hvor hun opbyggede og var med til at lede en afdeling, der udviklede integrerede marketingl\u00f8sninger til Viacoms st\u00f8rste globale kunder.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">Hendes livslange passion for uddannelsesm\u00e6ssig lighed og adgang f\u00f8rte til, at hun blev konsulent i forbindelse med lanceringen af en innovativ, mangfoldig friskole i L.A. og sad i adskillige nonprofit-uddannelsesbestyrelser.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"notranslate\">I 2020 blev Pam udvalgt til at v\u00e6re Senior Fellow i Harvards Advanced Leadership Initiative Program og er i \u00f8jeblikket ved at f\u00e6rdigg\u00f8re sin mastergrad i Education Leadership and Entrepreneurship p\u00e5 Harvards Graduate School of Education.
