Efter eksamen fra University of Virginia og en MBA fra The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, arbejdede Libby med virksomhedsplanl\u00e6gning, \u00f8konomi og marketing, f\u00f8rst for Time Inc. og derefter som selvst\u00e6ndig konsulent. Hun blev ansat p\u00e5 Choate Rosemary Hall i 2005 og blev til sidst skolens f\u00f8rste Director of Parent Relations. Hendes rolle blev udvidet til at omfatte arbejde med Choates internationale elever og for\u00e6ldre og muligheden for en \u00e5rlig rejse rundt i verden med Choates optagelsesteam. Det gav en enest\u00e5ende mulighed for at s\u00e6tte pris p\u00e5 forskellige lande og kulturer og for at udvikle meningsfulde relationer med nuv\u00e6rende og kommende Choate-familier over hele verden. Libby n\u00f8d is\u00e6r at interviewe studerende i udlandet og derefter, som direkt\u00f8r for internationale studerende, at byde dem, der blev indskrevet p\u00e5 campus, velkommen og st\u00f8tte dem gennem hele deres Choate-karriere.
