Neos umfassende Erfahrung im Schulwesen und als Fundraiser sowohl in den Vereinigten Staaten als auch in Afrika bringt eine einzigartige und vielschichtige Perspektive in den ASSIST-Vorstand und als Mitglied des Entwicklungsausschusses ein. Neo war zuvor Entwicklungsdirektor an der Maru-a-Pula-Schule in Gaborone, Botswana, und leitete die 50-Jahr-Feier der Schule im Jahr 2022. Die urspr\u00fcnglich aus Botswana stammende Neo machte ihren Abschluss an der Maru-a-Pula-Schule, bevor sie ein Jahr lang die The Hill School in Pennsylvania besuchte, um ihren Abschluss nachzuholen. Anschlie\u00dfend besuchte sie das Williams College, das sie mit einem B.A. in Geschichte und Politikwissenschaft mit Schwerpunkt Internationale Beziehungen abschloss.
