Libby kommt zum ASSIST-Vorstand, nachdem sie ein erstes Kapitel in der amerikanischen Wirtschaft und ein zweites, noch lohnenderes Kapitel in einem Internat in Connecticut gelebt, gearbeitet und eine Familie gro\u00dfgezogen hat. Nach ihrem Abschluss an der University of Virginia und einem MBA an der Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, arbeitete Libby in den Bereichen Unternehmensplanung, Finanzen und Marketing, zun\u00e4chst f\u00fcr Time Inc. und dann als unabh\u00e4ngige Beraterin. Im Jahr 2005 wurde sie von Choate Rosemary Hall eingestellt und wurde schlie\u00dflich die erste Direktorin f\u00fcr Elternbeziehungen der Schule. Ihre Rolle erweiterte sich um die Arbeit mit den internationalen Sch\u00fclern und Eltern von Choate und um die M\u00f6glichkeit, mit dem Choate Admission Team j\u00e4hrlich um die ganze Welt zu reisen. Dies bot ihr die einmalige Gelegenheit, verschiedene L\u00e4nder und Kulturen kennenzulernen und bedeutungsvolle Beziehungen zu aktuellen und zuk\u00fcnftigen Choate-Familien auf der ganzen Welt aufzubauen. Libby hat es besonders genossen, Interviews mit Studenten im Ausland zu f\u00fchren und dann als Direktorin f\u00fcr internationale Studenten die Immatrikulierten auf dem Campus willkommen zu hei\u00dfen und sie w\u00e4hrend ihrer gesamten Choate-Karriere zu unterst\u00fctzen.
