Kazickas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"notranslate\">John Kazickas tar med seg b\u00e5de et internasjonalt perspektiv og en lidenskap for \u00e5 st\u00f8tte utdanning og kunst inn i ASSISTs styre. John gikk p\u00e5 Choate Rosemary Hall i Wallingford, CT, f\u00f8r han begynte p\u00e5 University of Michigan i Ann Arbor, MI, der han tok en bachelorgrad i romfartsteknikk i 1980. I 1981 begynte John sin karriere hos Vought Corporation i Grand Prairie i Texas. Der jobbet han som assisterende ingeni\u00f8r i to \u00e5r f\u00f8r han ble president for Laundercenter Equipment Corporation i 1983. Her tilbrakte John de neste 12 \u00e5rene av sin karriere med \u00e5 koordinere organisasjonens finans- og budsjettaktiviteter for \u00e5 finansiere driften, maksimere investeringene og \u00f8ke effektiviteten. I 1995 begynte John sitt f\u00f8rste internasjonale engasjement som konsulent hos Omnitel i Vilnius i Litauen. John fungerte som konsulent for det som snart skulle bli det f\u00f8rste GSM-mobilnettet i Baltikum. I denne rollen jobbet han tett med mobilselskaper som Motorola og Telia i planleggingen av nettverket, fra de innledende designfasene til lanseringen. I perioden 1995-2002 fortsatte John \u00e5 overv\u00e5ke og analysere systemytelsen, samt r\u00e5df\u00f8re seg med brukere, administratorer og ingeni\u00f8rer for \u00e5 identifisere forretningsmessige og tekniske krav til systemdesign og -implementering. I 2003 ble han administrerende direkt\u00f8r og styreformann i Baltneta i Vilnius i Litauen, der han hadde ansvaret for ledelsen og driften av Litauens fremste datacom-selskap. Som styremedlem og senere styreleder i dette familieeide selskapet samarbeidet John med styremedlemmer og ledelse for \u00e5 styre selskapet gjennom Europas finanskrise, og han \u00f8kte salget gjennom styrets anbefalinger og implementering av retningslinjer i 12 \u00e5r. John er for tiden daglig leder og sekret\u00e6r for Kazickas Family Foundation i New York, NY.
