Denisa comes to us through our Czech partner organization, The&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.bakalafoundation.org\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Bakala Foundation<\/a>, which was established in 2007 to support young talented people on their way to quality education through scholarships and programs that promote freedom, democracy, human rights, and independent journalism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Denisa has an MA degree in Public and Social Policy Studies from Charles University and has extensive experience with coordinating scholarship programs, namely working for the Czech NGO Romea&nbsp;coordinating a scholarship program for students from socially disadvantaged&nbsp;families from 2016 until 2018 and on a similar project for the Albatros Foundation since 2021. In addition to her NGO work, Denisa has worked as a Resident Assistant for&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nyu.edu\/prague.html\" rel=\"nofollow\">NYU Prague<\/a>. Denisa has also worked as a human resources consultant for the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.avcr.cz\/en\/\" rel=\"nofollow\">Czech Academy of Sciences<\/a>&nbsp;and well as in the private sector.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We believe Denisa will be a wonderful asset toward our education access and cross-cultural exchange work in the Czech Republic as the Country Coordinator for ASSIST and HMC
