Dr. Jamila Everett serves as the Dean of Enrollment Management at The Webb Schools in Claremont, California, where she has led the school’s admission and financial aid efforts since 2017. She brings over two decades of experience in enrollment strategy, having held senior leadership roles at Pitzer College, the California Institute of Technology (Caltech), and the University of Southern California (USC).
Dr. Everett earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication and her master’s degree in Communication Management from the University of Southern California (USC), where she studied at the Annenberg School for Communication and Journalism. She completed her Doctorate in Educational Leadership at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
At Webb, Dr. Everett oversees all aspects of enrollment management, including student recruitment, application evaluation, financial aid, and yield strategy. Under her leadership, the school has expanded its global footprint and grown its applicant pool across key domestic and international markets. She also leads Webb’s international recruitment efforts, building partnerships with families, consultants, and schools across Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
