Xenia Olajosova is an ASSIST alumna, having attended Canterbury High School through the programme in 1997. She brings more than 20 years of international experience in strategic marketing, with leadership roles spanning global and regional organisations across multiple industries, including consumer goods (Procter & Gamble, Duracell – a Berkshire Hathaway company) and highly regulated healthcare companies such as Galderma and BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company).
She has a strong track record of leading large-scale marketing transformation initiatives, including building and scaling omnichannel capabilities, driving digital innovation, and establishing high-performing Centres of Excellence that deliver measurable business impact. Her expertise encompasses brand management, media and digital marketing, marketing technologies, and organisational transformation across both B2C and B2B environments.
Originally from Slovakia, Xenia has lived and worked across several continents and is now based in Switzerland with her wife.
