Mirella began her relationship with ASSIST as a Scholar at St. Mark’s School in Southborough, MA. Today, she’s an accomplished businesswoman whose background in finance makes her a valuable asset to the ASSIST Investment Subcommittee. Mirella attended Washington and Lee University in Lexington, VA, where she graduated with a B.S. in Accounting in 2001. She graduated with an MBA from UC Berkeley in 2005, then went on to serve as director in investment banking at UBS Investment Bank in New York. Mirella is currently a managing director at AQR Capital Management, a large investment management firm, where she is responsible for creating and managing client relationships with U.S. institutional investors. Mirella currently resides in New York City.
