Pippa Bond attended the Taft School through ASSIST in 1989 and is rejoining the ASSIST Board. She is a Capital Markets Partner in the Los Angeles office of Kirkland & Ellis LLP. Pippa has extensive experience in corporate finance and securities, including leveraged buyouts, acquisitions, and restructurings. Her work spans a broad range of industries, with a specialized focus on retail and consumer companies, industrials, transportation, real estate and financial services. Pippa has been recognized by Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business since 2014. In 2020, the Daily Journal recognized Pippa in its annual list of the “Top Women Lawyers” in California, and the Los Angeles Business Journal awarded her “Corporate Attorney of the Year” as part of their annual “Leaders in Law” series.
