Sean began his journey with ASSIST as a German Scholar at St. Andrew’s-Sewanee School in Tennessee in 1994/95. Sean’s experience in business and law gives him an invaluable and practical perspective to support ASSIST’s mission. Sean is a member of the Development and Alumni Relations committee, and has been instrumental in his role as Chair of Friends of ASSIST, a foundation that helps fund financially-needy ASSIST Scholars from Germany. Sean graduated with a M.A. from the University of Bonn, with an MBA from the Leiden/Rotterdam School of Management, and from Leiden University Law School with an LL.M. in Air and Space Law. He then went on to pursue a career in management. Today, Sean serves as CEO of Hilltop Wohnen GmbH. He and his wife, Michaela, live with their two sons in Kirchheim, Germany.
