Ulrich A.C. Graebner

A former ASSIST Scholar, Uli brings personal experience with international exchange to the ASSIST Board. He serves on the Executive and on the Development and Alumni Relations Committees, and his insight and contributions have been instrumental in building an ASSIST presence in Germany. Uli spent his ASSIST year at Deerfield Academy in MA in 1983/84, went on to study Business Management at the University of Frankfurt, and graduated with an MBA from Harvard Business School in 1994. He worked for Morgan Stanley as an analyst prior to enrolling at Harvard Business School. Thereafter, he joined Drueker & Co., where he became partner in 1998. Drueker & Co. was subsequently acquired by Leonardo & Co. in 2007, which again was acquired by Houlihan Lokey in 2015. Uli is a now a Managing Director at Houlihan Lokey and runs the German Corporate Finance Office. Uli lives in Bad Homburg, outside Frankfurt, with his wife, Mia, and four children. He is a highly enthusiastic supporter of ASSIST and of critical importance to Germany’s role in the history of the organization.
